Nice! That must be cramped as f**k though with that stem!

I suffer from longfinger too, a lot of modern trialsy levers feel horrible to me, the pivot point seems to be out as far as possible so the blade arcs inwards and away from your hand. Hated my Racingline lever, felt a Trialtech and didn't like it either. The shape of the 2011 hs33 wasn't bad but it was made of feces, the 2014 one felt average, but again it was made of feces. Avid have got the right idea, although they do look horrible, they feel nicer than just about anything else, except a 98-04 hs33.

A Minion is a tractor tyre compared to most. If you had a wider rim you probably wouldn't need such thick sidewalls, 28mm is tiny on the back. The point is...being smooth helps a lot, Continentals are worth the money and Holy Roller sidewalls are like paper.
-
More leverage will your flex frame or fork more than a short blade. I prefer short levers and firm brakes.
-
It's not a small amount of rolling resistance though, a minion is a fat sluggish heavy dh tyre, a street tyre rolls much faster and smoother and weighs a lot less. You can't really compare puncture resistance if you're using a 1200g tractor tyre on a 48mm wide rim.
-
Just get the Contis, the weight difference is nothing, and the sidewalls are pathetic on Holy Rollers, they really are crap tyres. The only dual ply tyres you'll get in 24" are minions & dh tyres which will weigh a ton and feel like crap on a street bike. If you pump Continentals up properly and use decent tubes and you still get punctures then you just need to be smoother.
-
What rims are they on? I had the spank spike race 33s briefly and they were the worst rim I've ever had for holding a tyre. But the continentals can be a bitch anyway. Pump up a little bit at a time and straighten as you go.

I'll start a vlog/instagram, I've been working on my footjam whips and I've nearly mastered 180s off curbs. Promise. Right now I'm setting up my Facebook athlete page and drinking a #Redbull. I'll also wear a #snapback hat so you know how extreme I am, wearing it backwards only amplifies the effect further. You're right though. My camera is f**king ready!

You wait! Something left Peru this week.
-
It's better to have a crap tube in a good tyre than a good tube in a crap tyre.
-
To need 70psi to not puncture says it all. There's probably more stress on the rim than the tyre at that pressure! Conti sidewalls are much more stable and the rubber is much more grippy.
-
Lol. Yeah I'm not really into padded seats but I quite like that.
-
What seat is that? Looks comfy.
-
Quite, but don't waste your time. Just get the Continentals.
-
Conti Danny tyres, you won't need good tubes. I use Tesco 1.75" - 2.1" tubes and I can't remember my last puncture, I don't even run them very hard. Holy Rollers are just crap.

New v12s feel great but Vaults a little bit better still, especially if you've got big feet.
-
You'll see more of a difference when trying to clear an obstacle instead of just getting on top of it, to clear something you need a quick snappy movement, that's much harder on a long bike, if you're using a ledge and just getting on top then there's a lot of help/room for error. That's why your best bunnyhop over will never be as high as your best bunnyhop up.
-
Which part? Well you're near Radical Bikes, not a bad start.
-
Na, for a new 26, but if I was riding that full time I'd be after the same kind of bars.
-
Yeah they're great bars, I've just never got used to them on a 26". Think I prefer a little bit more sweep back and up for trialsy stuff.
-
Yeah they are pretty sweepy, but unlike most I use my upsweep to sweep upwards, so I want to know what they're like in a normal position. The only pics I can find is on pogo sticks and they're virtually upside down, but 260g for a bar that big gives me doubts. I just want something to match Azonic double walls.
