it looks like a DMR DV rim on the front and a spank rim on the back

I've just brought a new bike and it came with a rim with a really harsh grind, the problem is that it's worn out half of the monty 219xh pads in about 2 days. what would be peoples suggestions for pads that would last but still bite well. cheers jamie

Cheers for the help I will probably replace with the Hans Adventures when the Try-all's give as the tred patterns look pretty similar and I like how the Try-alls don't really slip much.

At the minute I run try-all sticky tyres and as they are a soft compound they are really prone to damage. For instance a cut the side wall when street riding, as I don't ride much natural I am looking to go to some harder compound tyres. I'm looking at things such as maxxis hookworms. What are people opinions on these and what do they suggest as an alternative?
