  1. Plyometrics for building up your fast twitch muscles... I used to do it for basketball - improving jump height, but its a lot of hard work! The results are only gradual, and will be lost easily unless u stick to a training regime. This may (probably will) end up taking the fun out of it though! I would suggest just keeping fit the usual ways you would, such as practice on ur bike (unless you want to ride trials professionally) You maybe looking to do this for rapid improvement, but improvement comes with practice and better technique anyway, so just try to be patient Good luck p.s. To others: if you disagree, expain rather than insult. Thanks. lol that should be in my signature.
  2. Get a refund mate! Get ur old one back on for now? Im sorting mine out tonight/tmrw too.... Those little guys coming too?
  3. Ok, usual place and time.... market square at 12ish on Sunday The weather will probably be crap but hey Who's up for it?
  4. forget that, check this out: http://www.channel4.com/4car/ft/feature/motor+show/12934/1 how cool is that! What do people think of 4x4 minivans? I think they rock lol Remember the Toyota TownAce and Mitubishi Delica.... Shame there isnt anything current like them A few concepts kicking around though - Ford Airstream, EZ-Miev, etc
  5. Sound really good but Im away this weekend. A group of us would be interested (we usually ride town on Sundays). Revolver is still away, 2hammered is probably working, but Stunt Man T might join you if he can get the transport that is (8 miles is quite a way!) U lot gonna be there the next weekend?
  6. (Panda 4x4 is really really slow) What about Toureg, Xtrail, LandCruiser......?!
  7. what if you DO want a bit of both ie. an offroader thats quick, and decent inside (unlike defenders lol) (I think we have confirmed its not the Cayenne) then what would u get?
  8. What a load of cobblers....why the need for sarcastic replies anyway? 60" is about right Isnt there a wiki page on records? Would be a good idea (if any seniors read this)
  9. Thats crashing at high speed, nothing to do with offroading... Id rather have been in that than saxo. Far from failure!
  10. Shame really... nice vehicle. I love the retro colour scheme too I would have been tempted to ram the deer, but apparently when they come flying through the windscreen they can kill you, so look on the bright side eh!
  11. lack of spark thats what it was.... performance refinement lower cost
  12. I heard that diesel is better for going through water... anyone know why?
  13. Check out these bad boys: http://www.imcdb.org/vehicle_36556-Renault-VAB.html Cool website too if you like films and cars
  14. Yeah agreed about the range rover sport, Id rather a standard Range Rover. landrover 90 might be a real truck but when ur broken down and "jap crap" is whistling by ur gonna be and global warming is probably exaggerated bullshit anwyay. Ive read that the global climate varies anwyay and global warming has a negligible effect toward it. If not then, 4x4s + alternative power = the way forward!
  15. loads of reasons mate... ride height, towing ability, cabin space, better traction in slippery conditions etc People prob dont off road them cos ur not allowed to in 99% of the country. Its nice to have just incase though! lol
  16. No way dude, thats like saying why have strawberry cheesecake? eat strawberrys or eat cheese cake lol U get the advantages of both. If u get my drift People like different things, its as simple as that I agree the Cayenne is a bit ugly, but when they get it right, BMW X6 for example, the result is astonishing
  17. The new CRV is ugly as hell though. Im liking the look of some concepts - LRX, Seat Tribu, Kia KND-4, Antara GTC The problem is the concepts look awsome, but when they actually get released they just look like slightly revised copies of current models.
  18. Depends if u want the parts new or used... and what brands you want... Would be cool to see a Raptor built up cos they seem quite rare to me now. It might be worth contacting supercycles they might do a job lot for a discount like they do with complete bikes. It wont be better than the 2005 TRex though!
  19. cool video! (i wasnt sure about the music though) Im going to Rhossili soon whoop
  20. LOL yeah that was the other reason for getting a proper seat!
  21. So fresh so clean lol Very 'Vista' And works nice and quick too! I was just looking at sprockets though, and on the old one there was a drop down to change the (available) colour of the product, maybe Im not looking but that seems to have gone
  22. I bought a full size seat (and 27.2 seatpost) for my TRex. Not a mod obviously, but just thought id mention cos way better than those stumpy seats (I have one of those too) which you cant pedal when ur sat down on. Ofcourse I dont ride trials with any seat on, but if I know Im going more than a few miles Ill put the seat in my bag, which i usually have anyway for tools and drinks etc.
  23. both shorts and pedal pushers (3/4 lengths) on top strangely any tshirt shoes which now have holes in bag with tools and drinks in shinpads, kneepads more recently, and now helmet too
