the fram is the same as the old 07 one the only differences is the spray job

it the headset mate just undo the bolts on the side of the stem and titen the top cap un till the rocking stops then just doo it all up and shood go like a dream

u will need nowe cranks because it happon to me it will cost bout £45 for crans nowe but u will abel to get them cheep off here

you may have sume grit in it from the rhodes wich will stop the bearings from clicking

well i wood go for the mono mini because the mono trials sponges and not nic to use but with the mono mini dus not spong and is very sharp on most bikes as long as it is set up right
