    Great idea but i get board message aswell.

    The spokes from billys will take 14g nipples but i think you take 1mm off the spoke length when using them. Also plain gauge spokes from billys come with nipples anyway.

    Straight gauge spokes are fine i have used them for years. I also use four cross spoke pattern on my try-all rim
