sadly ben.... although you mean well by that post... there is NOTHING we can do for the 3rd world.... lets face it.... we can have a big concert, raise several million pounds, chuck it at africa.... and a few kids wont die this month.... the harsh reality is that they ARE going to die..... thats life, its the way its been for years.they will just die 3 months later thanks to the charity money...... so, its a nice idea, but its utterly pointless.... whatever happened to charity starts at home? we should be sorting out our own problems before even considering those which we realisticly have no chance of helping anyway! same thing goes for VW, they could ahve chucked several million quid towards africa..... but tehy wouldnt get anything to show for it, the kids are still going to die! (not that i agree its right, but its a fact) they set out to prove a point, and bugger me, they sure did a good job! sorry rowly, but u NEED to learn to drive these days..... its pretty hard getting around if u cant drive..... aged 40 you'll be the only bloke in the pub who cant drive

to be fair steve.... i dont think you take your riding that seriously at all!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!11 there are SO many other people who take it far more seriously than you do...... you dont go out training and obsessing saying you MUST get over said wall UCI clean or whatever.... u go home if it rains..... u dont ride as much as you should anyway..... i think its all blown way out of proportion! as far as the eating thing goes..... it does make sense, and it clearly does work..... you eat healthily, and your in good shape to prove it.... i eat junk and drink way too much, and a fat b*****d! thats all the proof i need! get out and ride MORE stevey, ignore what People say! its all bullshit, you dont take it too seriously AT ALL in my opinion, for a long time i was far mroe serious than you are.... now im crippled, ive kinda decided i want to do something about my riding in general. ive stuck on over a stone sinse getting to uni! so im going to loose some weight in the new year, get some cash together, get a nice shiney bike, and start riding LOADS, try and sort it out again ignore them mate! its quite clear that you ride because you love it!

its different though..... i cant explain why, but its different.... having a car gives you your own independance! the ability to go wherever you want! i dont need to do anything in my car, i often just sit in it and think late at night.... it has its own character, its own personality, i talk to it, and it responds.... sometimes its in a good mood, sometimes its in a bad mood! its so much more involved than my bike, because its bigger, and cost 5 times as much!

my mini..... by far the most important possesional thing on my life, by a country mile! and thats not in a chavvy way.... your bedroom is yours, but your parents own it. your bike is yours, but u ride it around and get cold, and its just a sport, and theres always someone better than you.... my car, is the only space in the entire world, that i control, i own it, i built it, its exactly how i want it, and in my car, I am the boss, and noone can do anything about it.... its like my little office, in a strange way, id say i live in it. as it best suits me and my way of life.... when im feeling down, i dont go for a ride, i dont sit in my room, go on the computer, or watch tv. i just sit in my car in the driveway, stick some mellow tunes on, and reflect, in what to me, is the most comfortable and safe environment in the world.... if we are talking people.... obviously at the end of the day, family are what really matters, and mates are always going to be there, although after being with hannah for four years we are almost married.... making her practically family.... id hate to be without her....

ill be there..... supporting the cam corder by the looks of things..... ive just disslocated my shoulder on the way home from an awesome ride in pompey! so to be honest, im SERIOUSLY PISSED OFF!!!! luckily it just popped out and straight back in again..... im off to A&E in the morning..... seriously hoping its not too bad. although from what people have told me, i get the impression ill just be filming stuff on sunday..... and for the next 6 weeks perhaps.... :'( *cries himself to sleep* -life just isnt fair

controversial i know.... but i think the most over rated frames are leeson im yet to find one that rides nicely.... apart from steve A's 24, but that doesnt count.... the 26'' frames just rides like an old heavy XC bike..... nasty nasty nasty.... if you want to ride street, get a planet x!

i think your thinking of high build primer..... its basicly a very thick primer.... it fills in minute scratches on car bodys and stuff.... but its not going to fill in trials scratches on a frame..... what you want it some fine surface filler..... its got a more commonly used name but i cant remember it AT ALL, topper or something? it comes in a small round metal tin usually.... its very thin fine filler, and smooths on a treat. needs a light sand afterwards but does the job really well!

i personally like it.... ditch the red tyre.... but other than that its sweet!
