im sure the astra van SHOULD handle pretty normally with the XE lump as buky said the oil burner lumps are pretty weighty as standard..... i was speaking to a bloke with a c20XE nova a few weeks back, and he said it went like shit in a straight line, and handled like shit around the bends mega power in a small car but too much weight up front for the nova susp to handle.....

if you broke up, then it was clearly no good anyway.... so in the end, although it may not seem like it right now, your better off! if you didnt like her-your better off if she left you- she clearly didnt care as much as you did, and do you really want to be in that kind of relationship? either way, chances are your better off as you are now! i recently split up with a gf of 5 years, and im now with the fabulous Tori (prawny babys baby) and although its alittle off getting used to a different life style at first, im SO much happier now than ive EVER been. chin up, itll all work out in the end! got it in one! i really think its about perfect, not too long, not too short, not too heavy, not too light! i reckon the silver forks compliment the stem nicely joe, and the bars compliment the headset.... i wouldnt want to spray the forks black, i almost did, then realised it would look lame. rims are ronnie and reggie, as i have been running for years now love them, just need to drill them out to 25 and 22mm!

ill get you some piccies after lunch matey, its really SO simple! i dont have a frame to stick in it atm, but basicly, you stick the frame in the box as usual, and put a skewer through the BB shell, so when you flip the box over, the frame hangs entirely by the BB shell upside down in the box, its over an electric heater thata about 2ft long, suspended on whatever makes the right height with the heat rising, and being trapped in the box, it heats the frame up REALLY nicely! temperature inside the box was around 70 degrees, and the surface of the top tube was 100degrees!

well, ig ot bored a few days ago, as seeing as the zona graphics are so AWFUL, i thought id do something about it! found a few brand new cans of smooth white hammerite lying around, so thought id put them to good use! painted it saturday evening, then baked it overnight so it would be hard enough to ride on sunday, using my custom made bike oven! (frame box upturned over a very hot mini radiator, frame was too hot to touch!) anyway, i think its a bit different, and ive not seen a white one yet, i really like it! just needs new brake pads all round, and new tyres now, and she will be awesome!

so true! ive stopped going fast down the motorway now completely, saw the results of a blow out on a website a while back, and every time i hit 100mph i cant stop thinking about it..... its horrific. my tyres have done a lot of miles, and been used hard...... at 130mph they are going to be spinning SO fast its unreal, and if they go, i know im dead. i still like to put my foot down, but lately, ive stopped cornering so fast, and stopped speeding on the motorway at all, as the thought of a blowout scares me SO much.....
