as far as the joined thing goes, many people were around before november 2002, but there was the big forum crash when everyone's accounts were lost, so people had to re-join again. hence why I don't think there are any members officially joined pre nov 2002. I'd been on here a fair while before that happened

woop, ride sounds fun! I'm home now, and desperate to go riding in town again, need to get out in plymouth more often, driving through today, I miss riding there.....

usually, I stop riding almost totally over winter, as it's just too cold. This year, we are carrying on in pompey through the cold and the rain! Riding hayling island on the rocks yesterday, 2-3 degrees and riding in T-shirts. Once you get going, you really don't feel the cold. expecially riding natural too! All those who hide away inside need to man up a bit!

do NOT get a king headset for trials, it's a fatal schoolboy error. back in the day they used to be OK, but since the invention of front wheel gaps, they just don't last. The top race deforms, and you get permanent play which can't be erradicated without a new top race! Having had a look at an echo SL headset last weekend, I can safely say it looked lovely, felt perfectly tight and smooth, and weighs absolutely sodd all! If you're spending good money, it's probably a great choice.
