I have rode 38 miles on a stock and a mod.... both uncomfortable after 20 miles haha but i started with a stock, just as i got the hang of it i changed to mod. wish i was riding a mod from the start but hey ho. at the end of the day everyone has a different perspective on what to ride so it will be personal to you i personaly think it depends on build but having said that my friend is pretty damn tall and he rides a mod. i think mods are easier to hop, and get up walls on, but stocks are easier for getting over stuff and i think they balance better =S lol sorry il stop blabbing on now haha. i would say get a mod to practice on

I have DMR V8's on my 26" and ive only lost 1 pin in the whole time of having my bike although admittedly i dont ride hardcore haha. Im getting some Trial-Tech mag sports this week and il let you know how they are

lol well i regularly go on mbike rides with my girlfriend but because all I have is my trials bike i use that lol. plus i have to keep up with a 24 geard bike hahaha I would probably say furthest i have biked on my trials bike is about 40 miles= Dead

To answer your question in a nicer way yes you can still post even though you ride bmx. You never know you may want to get into trials after a little time on here. Also not too sure on the events thing but im sure if anyone else can go to them you can. You just need to ask the people who organise the rides welcome to trials forum by the way

Well If you mean the white ones... Yes Look immence but i cant see them going well with many colour schemes =/ Also they are rediculessly over priced at an extra £7 because of nothing more than a colour =S If you mean the slik ones Ive seen pictures on the forum of them. I dont know anything about them But they do look great XD

Hi i used to get this problem alot but i think it depends on the person As my mates never get blisters =[ =[ =[ At first I thought it was because i didnt hve gloves so I spent alot of money on a pair of gloves and after a days riding I couldnt even move my hand. I then invested in some try-all foam grips without gloves and they are perfect. There is only one problem with them and thats that they wear pretty quickly although having said that I have had mine for a while. let me know if you get some foams and let me know how you get on with them

Just really wanted to see what bikes everyone had for there first trialsbikes I Remember when i was sooooo poor and couldnt afford one but my close mate had a little 20" it was a mission (lol) as far as i could remember. Immediatly after riding it i wanted a trials bike so i started changing my saracen excell into a trials bike as best i could. Got a rear maggie, already had a front disc. Made it single speed and got a half link chain lol. this was about best i could do it up on my budget haha. About half a year later it got stolen =[ so i saved all my money and got a job and now i have two bikes haha (Great turn of events lol) Its a koxx cassio and a GU Typhoone - both done up top notch sorry about drabbling on but thought itd be nice to hear a little about everyones biking history

hi i started last year when i was 17 but dont ever really have much time to do it =[ =[ as I now dont have college i will hopefully be doing it some more though. My mum likes me riding trials but she hates the fact i spend so much money on my bikes haha. Her boyfriend is a massive fan of biking and hes in his late 30's. So i recon it doesnt matter what the age as long as your enjoying yourself and getting out and about. Trials is also such a great way of making lots of great mates. I cant think of a better sport/hobbie to be part of to be honest. XD Well thats my opinion and im sure alot of you think the same

I would probably say ual disc but if anything then definatly hope mini on the front and a maggie on the back perfect XD
