I thought i'd drop this in here aswell as the random questions thread...hopefully the PC geeks will help me out Really basic question.... I think. When using dreamweaver and HTML and CSS. I want to create a page exactly like this Here .....Just an image. How do I get it scaled to the correct size. And then get it to enlarge, just like this one? I swear it should be really simple but I don't know how to do it (because i've learnt dreamweaver completely backwards). I'm guessing its just a width 50% scaled or something, but it's too simple, and i can't find the solution online. thanks guys

Windows 7 not booting up at all even from a CD..... I got a virus that required a reinstall because it had put administrator restrictions on literally everything. Anyways, I had windows 7 on it, and wanted to put XP on it because 7 and Vista are shit (and apparently on the bios if you change the SATA settings from disabled to ATA you can put XP on a machine that was preinstalled with vista or xp). It said it may cause the computer to not boot and may require a reinstall.... So i apply the changes and it doesnt start at all. It doesnt boot from the cd at all anymore (even though its got boot from cd on the boot sequence) The windows 7 startup repair does nothing, and it just says boot sequence doesnt work or something along those line, F2 to retry. How can i get it working again, i've backed my stuff up so it doesnt matter but i cant get it to even boot from the cd!!! Will i need to take the HD out and format it? Or is it a bios problem?? thanks

Normally in Premiere, you cut the first clip or w/e and then place it in the timeline. And then in the right hand screen, it gives you a preview of the entire edit so far.... Just downloaded premiere pro, for this new laptop, and the preview screen is a weird colour..... I don't think it's any sort of effect because i haven't applied any effects.... Also if you click on it, you can move it around, so it goes the right colour as you move it, but then when you click off, it goes back the the nasty preview mode. So how can i make it go normal? And anyway to remove the stupid pointless 'positioning thing'??? Thanks guys.... Heres some screeshots

Have a bit of a weird situation involving a number of girls. Next weekend my ex is coming down for the weekend. She left me this time last year (for no reason and no she regrets doing, we went out for bout 2 years). She says we'll probs end up getting naked etc etc...but i dont really know if i want to get back with her, and now shes moved milesss away, and it seems like effort, also her parents are complete dicks and are really hard too deal with..... Don't want to lead her on, by getting with her, but I did really love her..... Anyways, the 2 girls im kinda living with at uni both like me...i think... One of them has a bf, and isnt that attractive, but i've always liked here and it's quite clear she fancies me (and other people have told me she does), but anyway, i dont wanna go there, cos shes taken..... The other girl, whos really attractive is really hard to work out....sometimes shes really off with me, and other times she comes up and snuggles with me on the sofa, and flirts with me quite a lot... but then whenever i try anything, she kind of seems a bit cold, like try hugging her and stuff, and she doesnt generally come and sit next to me, like you'd except from someone who likes you (but then apparently shes been treated like shit by loadsa guys and is maybe worried....) but we did kinda have something going on a bit last year, held her hand quite a lot...lying down, arms wrapped round etc etc..... And then there's another girl, who i like, but shes too young..... Anyway, thoughts? I guess i'll just see what happens, but man why can't things be more simple

I don't reckon it was fake. Pretty convinced he was trying to get a line down and kept cocking up the last trick (whether it was meant to be a turndown, or a table, or tailwhip or whatever. Yea, looks like it had a weak spot....But then BMX frames probably aren't tested or made to withstand strain or impact to the front.... So maybe the top welds aren't done well....

The BMXers are liking it, mostly, bar the admin guy who is clearly in denial that danny is a GOD on a bike. I'm a BMXer, and totally 100% appreciate how bloody talented danny is and how he does deserve the recognition he is getting. He is up there with the best people to ever 'ride a bike' along with Steve peat, Lance armstrong, Garret Reynolds, Cranmer, Mark Webb, Daniel dhers etc.

Just read up about them on F1 cars. Apparently they're balls untill they heat up to a very high temperature (which on an F1 car takes a split second) and then the deceleration is phenomenal.... So they're never going to be amazing on a trials bike, because they'll just stay too cool. Just get a bigger rotor for better braking Alpine Kit? haha or even Ti

If by a miracle they did get into power, it would definitely make this coutry more of a target, and it would probably start a major war, because the policies they preach are much to extreme (reading their policies on their website can clearly be translated as racist and extemely right wing.) However if their policies where less right wing, they would be a much much more favourable party to bid for as not other country seems to be dealing with the massive immigration that this country is recieving which in the long run will make this a really shit place to live. As for political correctness, its bullshit and out of control. I think stopping more blacks, polish and other major ethnic groups into this country is what needs to be done. Personally i don't like and feel intimidated when you walk round london and see 90% blacks, also the fact that races (blacks in particular really) tend to group together makes it quite threatening and in years to come it could well result in civil war, especially due to a mix of religions all living so close together.... I can see it form 'their' point of view, but I don't think letting them live how they think they should is necessarily the right way about going about it. Surely it's something wrong in their head, mental problem kind of thing, because you don't have a 'female' brain in a male body or whatever, you have the right brain, your just thinking wrong. Maybe its the same with (some) gays because I doubt (most) gays/trannys want to be how they are because they get discrimnated against, but they just feel different mentally, so i do sympathise. I doubt that the majority of people think that allowing people to change sexes is 'what should be done', it might turn out to appear like that because people are scared of expressing their own feelings because they may be described as 'transphobic' or whatever. I don't really know what 'should' be done, everything leads to positives and negatives, but wouldn't you feel a bit f**ked over if years later down the line you found out that you'd actually screwed a man or whatever??! its just not right, surely??!! Whats anyone elses thoughts? Solutions?? No you can't. Your mum and dad should try and keep you on the straight and narrow. Doing what is right... I've been told that most trials bike are bloody easy to maintain a manual, just getting the front wheel up is hard. Something to do with geo or BB rise??
