Well basically I'm really bored at work. Did my normal shift from 10am untill 7pm, but in this afternoon the night porter phoned in ill, so I said I could do the shift. So I'm now here untill 8am with nothing to do. My shift tomorrow is 10am untill 7pm again and I'm going to be mega tired after that. Please send stuff that might keep me entertained and awake. Thanks.

I have always used Middleburns. The only problem I have ever had was the square taper rounding, but that was my fault not the components. I spoke to Middleburn about it and they replaced the crank.

A bit odd, been sat with headphones on for about 15 minutes, no music playing, was listening to stuff about 10 minutes ago but never removed them once I was done.

Depends on what year the frame is, if your really not sure you could give them a call, they will be able to tell you. Each one has a description of what year it will fit.

He probably still has it in his garage or somewhere, he stil rides, I know he went to diamondback but I believe he left them, cant remember what he rides now< possibly Ashton. He dabbles in a bit of DH a bit too now and is also the rep for a company.

I ride both street and natural. I have to say that I do prefer street but I guess thats because I'm better at it than natural. Also I'm a bit of a fair weather rider, tend to only ride natural in the dry. I do ride street when ever so I'm not a complete ponse. Ha!

The frame could be as old as 2003 I think, Its had a new set of stickers at some point. Did they not change the shape of the seat post tube in 2005 or was it 06.

Why not wear gloves, it will keep your whole hands warm rather than just the end of one finger. Looks less tacky too.

You should learn to balance first, otherwise trying to do anything else will be more difficult without balance.
