I used to live on the edge of sheffield and used to pass through bits of buxton now and again and often used to wonder if it was any good? Is there much to ride there?

Nice one mate, know where I'l be going this weekend. I also noticed in the full members bit someone was on about riding in sheffield. Their must be more riders here than i thought.

Hey, anybody know any good trials spots in sheffield? I've spent all my days riding trails, skate park and bmx track, so I've only really found the obvious ones in the city centre.I decided to buy a trials bike for something to ride during the winter months when the dirt is wet but now im hooked. I'm not sure how big the trials scene is in sheffield or if there even is one. The lads in the local bike shop dont seem to thik there is. If their is, hit me back.

Hi, Can anyone recommend a stem length for me? I've not been riding trials long, and to get started I've bought a 24seven Danny Holroyd frame off of e bay. At the moment I've got a quite short stem, It's approx 57mm from the centre of the steer-er tube to the centre of the bars, and i use this stem with azonic double walled bars with 2.5" rise. I like the bars but i am wondering this short stem is impairing my riding. I would be grateful of any advise.
