You could try soaking them in boiling water, thats how I got mine on.

Personally I'd go for a bash plate as it it offers slightly better protection and also if you land on your bash plate then it'll be easier to keep your balance. I think a 74 kings will fit on your cranks but don't take my word for it I may be wrong.

I deffinatly prefer zoo frames. As for parts echo probably are better as they have a larger range and the quality is very similar.

i'd go for the avid bb7 (cable) there's no bleeding and it's easy maintanence. It's powerful and cheap, they're alround good brakes.

If you do it right then u'll be left with a brake full of liquid and no air. It's a way of garanteing(sp) you have no air in the system.

I never get moved on by the police, they don't seem to care any more. It's probably because they've realised we just go back to the same spot 5 mins later.
