    Global Warming

I've only been on this earth 14 years but i was having a good ol' think, (much like a seriously old dude would while sitting on the sofa etc.) in the car about the claims of how the sea levels will rise by huge amounts, and I decided that most of it is rather misleading/ confusing, They say that all the ice will melt causing huge rises, but the only ice that will make a change to the sea levels is that on land, (which is what, just under a third?) so all that is in the sea will make no difference whatsoever. The ice in the sea will be displacing its weight, much like you would in a bath, so when it melts, it is still the same amount in the water, just in a different state. It's like if you had ice cubes in a glass(you can do an experiment aswell with this bit if you are reeeeally bored!) with the ice cubes displacing the water around them and that water level being right to the rim of the glass, then let them melt all on their own, the water level will stay the same, and not go spilling over the top as the water is 'added' to it. So the only ice that will add to the sea levels is that of the ice that is on land. Well, thats my two cents, the earth is coming out of an ice age and we are almost definately contributing to the speed of which it is warming back up, but still, its a natural thing for the earths temperature to change. I'll keep wondering about it all though, Matt
  2. Just had a look for you and it would seem that you can get to Southend central using only one train from rainham, (correct me if im wrong! Its just how the map showed it) i'll meet you at the station if you're coming
  3. All hubs have problems, if a King skips, they go full revolution resulting in innovative new facial expressions from the rider as they nut the stem
  4. Sexytime! i really like it, can't help noticing that you appear to be missing a pedal.
  5. Down with the signature! Its against the rules right? Not a bad vid you boys have got there, How lucky are you having all that to play on in the garden! Mum brutally murdered my pallets the other day Keep up the riding dudes, Matt

Cheers for the replies, Could anyone tell me about their warranty?
  7. Some work, some don't, and if you get one that doesn't work, Bye-Bye face. They're either ok or skip loads, i'd stay well away dude.
  8. Sex. haven't ridden with you since you went through that bush while attempting some parkour I shall be attending unless something queer happens, Matt xxxxx

    Kot Ms2

Hey dudes and dudettes, I've been searching around here and t'internet for any reviews on the Kot Ms2 and haven't found any. I'm interested in buying one and would just like some opinions on how they ride (long and short), any downsides, any recommendations on set-ups etc.. Thanks in advance, Matt
  11. Ah i don't know, was just how i understood it when skimreading things, i use an echo brake, got it dirt cheap brand new early last year
  12. He should have been a man and landed it. That did put me off my cuppa tea quite a bit.
  13. If you think about the prices, last time i checked, a fully pimp magura (cnc lever blade, brake mounts, pads etc..) they work out at the roughly the same price, and the echo was designed for trials, not just adapted. And why dopeople bleed them (the echo brakes) with water? They have all metal insides etc unlike the plastic you find in maguras, You wouldn't dare bleed a hydraulic disc with water so why treat a good quality rim brake any differently?
  14. chris! add me on msn dude

  15. I need to make romance explosion over it Can't wait to see you riding it dude, Matt
  16. In case you didn't know, no images in sigs.
  17. If you can afford it, go for it dude, t-pro's ride really nicely and the spec is pretty damn good, i personally wouldn't pay that much for it second hand, £300 in my eyes. A good guide for second hand trials bikes is get the value of it brand new, and if its in mint condition, half it. Good luck with whatever you do, Matt.
  18. I wonder if we'll ride 29" bikes? They seemed to be catching on a little while ago in standard mtb etc. After much consideration, no, no we wont but you never know..
  19. "Sorry children, Eric's still grounded for trying to exterminate the jews." No offence intended like.
  20. You sir need validation, I agree with the statement about things levelling off in the taps, sidehops etc.. there is only so much we can do.
  21. My garage isn't safe at all but i still leave mine in there, use a ground anchor and one hefty chain with random kevlar stuff wrapped round it so it would be a jeb to cut through, back to the garage being unsafe, to get in you push the bottom of one door and pull the other If i'm doing things to it it comes in the living room or my bedroom if i have the space! Matt
  22. Haha I lol'd. Note: Anyone who is impressionable enough to take the advice of a member with a funny user name like jebend about magura bleeds, pads or general set-ups (especially involving standard pads and fanta bleeds) do so at your own risk.
  23. Doubt you'll get £400, Reported as theres no selling in here, and to stop everyone else saying "oi blud u cnt do tht" . ebay it!
  24. Khe collapse, depends if you're a weight hoe, if it'll fit nicely etc, its a beast, i love mine, so ridiculously strong, only downside is the weight! Matt.
  25. No-one but me lives in rochford dude,
