That was good, I like that you don't give up things. It seems that you don't have any problem with sidehoping from 2 wheels, but you'l have to practise your balance on the rear wheel. Try also to do the sidehop as an quick and explosive move and try to throw the weight forward more. Later on you'l see that if you land on the frontwheel first you'l be able to lift the rearwheel up to help. But in general, keep going, you'l get it soon!
