The easiest way to learn it is to roll upp to like 4 pallets or something (That you easy come up to) And lock the frontbrake so you stand och the front wheel on the pallets. You should keep the rearwheel spinning and then try to drop the rearwheel at the same time as you push the bike forwards. Try to drop the rearwheel as smooth as you can, this will make it alot easier. If you look closely at the guy in the movie you see how he does. After you manage to do that you can practise to use as less "swap area" as possible. I hope you understand this, my English is abit... Anyway, good luck!
