hi , what i do is i put my front wheel on a wall then put my body weight forward then see if i can move across the wall and back. or just stay on the wall for as long as i can you may think its boring but it helps caz

mine isnt feels realy sloppy well maybe its a xlite with 221 stickers on it ?

it is holding me back because it is heavy and every time i go to do something my legs (just below my knees bang) . caz

im looking for something that is reliable but not too expensive im not going to go over £270 for a frame. so any more ideas and thanks

hi, i am currently riding a monty 221ti 04 and am thinking of getting a new frame because mine is holdind me back. i am thinking of a monty 221 pr frame or an echo lite frame or any others that may be good for a second bike. so basicly just give me advice and feedback onto your frames / any frame that you recomend. thanks, caz

well i just use trainers too they do the job but with trainers you need either pinned pedals or realy grippy ones so your feet dont slip of and pedals smack you in the shins. id just stick with trainers but its your own choice i think they would be great but its up to you choosing. caz

hi guys , i was wondering do you need a correct weld for a specific bike or can you just use any old weld ive heard that if the weld is not correct it becomes brittle and snaps is this correct ? and where would the best place to get one welded at? cheers caz

when u let somebody have a quick go on your bike so you can rest for 5 mins or something then they try something theyve never done before and brake your bike e.g pop your hose or just crash it . that realy agravates me oh and also when people shout to me do some stunts when theres nothing but a curb. caz

if i was you i would just got it polished then its bright and reflective not dull (or that might be your camera) or try get it photoshoped ?
