  1. I was not expecting that. That is a revolution in riding, people are just doing insane things on BMX's now. I remember many many years ago when people used to say 'that'll never be topped' about tricks being pulled then and now they are being blown away with insane riding like that. I'd hate to be the next generation who has to try and top that.
  2. Yea, he drags his balls across the top tube then gets thrown over the handlebars! Pretty savage but it made me giggle.
  3. Chainspotting is still the top video for me, ok the riding wasn't as huge as Trials is now but it was a very inspiring video in its day! I love how Ashton just takes over the America sections. Some great riding and the 'feeling' of the film is just spot on. Dirt is just an all time classic, I watched a few weekends ago at my folks house and it still made me smile! JMC is just an awesome rider.
  4. Haha! Ive got that on VHS too! Ill try and put some of 'Dirt' on YouTube or something. It was definatly Jez Avery in 'Dirt', riding with as much protective gear as possible on.
  5. Now I do know what hes upto.... http://www.jezavery.co.uk/ I remember him rockin' the Pro Flex in 'Dirt'. Badass. Ive still got that on VHS!
  6. I remember the feature yea, but is that it?! He had a child and quit riding totally?
  7. Yea thats the guy! Of course the next question is what happened to him?! Where did the Isle Of White rider Neil Lemon go aswell? I also liked his style...
  8. ...I think he rode for Kona, or at least rode a Kona. Was fairly famous for mega spins on his demos and other street style tricks, pretty BMX style to him. I remember seeing him at Bike 97 or maybe 98. Im also pretty sure I remember MBUK featuring him or giving him a 'How to' style feature... Im just trying to remember his name, its driving me crazy!...

It cracks me up seeing young lads do this in Southampton. Spotty teenagers with their shirts off and wearing headbands, strutting around and jumping from walls that are two foot off the ground. LMFAO. Impressive videos though, it certainly is an artform when done big and correctly.
  10. Two oldies might be out Sunday if the weather is alright.
  11. Middleburns all the way. I love my Middleburn cranks, the same set have seen me through 10 years of riding (with a small break in the middle) on countless different frames.

    Southampton ***! Great little vid.
  13. You sure you dont want to do this on Sunday?
  14. No problem chaps, I wrote the script for it too. It should be on tonights 10.25 in about ten minutes time. Im sat here at the sound desk waiting to mix the programme.
  15. 10.25 tonight, 985 on Sky or BBC One on normal telly. Just a few pics filmed by Nick G from the weekend. They ran at 6.30 aswell if you missed them before...
  16. I was going to say something similar to that. Huge moves are awesome and jesus Damon yours are HUGE, but stick a few lines in the vid and it would be even better (if thats doable). You could even afford to go a touch smaller but just be so precise and smooth with your line and itll contrast your huge stuff. Epic win on the video though mate. Top dollar!
  17. Nice video Ryan! We'll get the second one sorted soon! Post to wall = WIN.
  18. Hasn't faulted for eight years chap! Hes the smoothest rider I know. Ti Glide never slips and I think the last pinch-flat was in about 1999! I still have my old Ti Glide, its a stunning hub and still as smooth as the day I bought it! Id have it on my bike if the rear wheel hadnt been built up with a Pro II.
  19. Heres my friends bike we built up on the weekend. A real mix of old an new school parts... The best bits include.... Ceramic D521's on old Hope hubs, the rear being a TiGlide IRC Kujo and El Gato tyres Middleburn RS7's with black five arm spider and matching bolts Magura Green Frogs Those Fatty R's are some of the first in the country all those years ago. Enjoy, Alex
  20. Id love to but I sold my car on the weekend and my bike is in Southampton. Ruuuuuuuuuuuubbish.
  21. There is nothing more gay than guys with diamond earrings. Usually bought for £10 for Argos. Very pimp. EPIC FAIL.
  22. Errrrm get a job?! Save some money?! Best tip I can give to buy one would be to give your cash to Tarty or a similar company (your choice, I cant give you tips for that bit) selling Czar frames and tell them what you want. In exchange for your cash they'll send you a frame! Many top tips on how to buy a frame there, maybe this will become a sticky.
  23. Its a nice little vid Max! We need a night ride in Oxford asap!
