I have a set of creative surround sound speakers but I can't seem to get any sound out of the center speaker or the rear speakers. I think the problem could be that my sound card doesnt support surround sound ( sound card: Microsoft UAA Function Driver for High Definition Audio - Adi 1986). If the sound card is the problem is there any way to fix this or do I need a new sound card?
Its not really much of a problem, its just you were unlucky in the way it snapped. An extra 2 mm down the shaft and i would have been able to get the rest of the shaft out. Could have drilled it but its too much hassle.
I've hit the problem of not being able to remove the grey bit from inside the glod/brass coloured bit the red knob used to sit on. The way my mate has snapped it, there is nothing to grip onto to take it out. Is there anyway to remove it or is it nackered?
You don't really have to give everything up, you could just cut down on what you do. Say you smoke 20 a day, go down to 5. Easier than comletely cutting yourself off.
