Thankyou for the help everybody, it is very much appreciated. I haven't had a chance to go to my mum's to try anything yet, but I did find out from her that when she starts up the computer, the very first thing to load up is a text file titled " Larissa you muppet ". I searched for the above in Google and found out that the Virus is called W32/Sumom-C. Should hopefully be able to get rid of this thing pretty soon. (Y) Thanks again.

My mum is having a bit of trouble with her computer at home at the minute. I have tryed to run the Virus scanner ( AVG 7 ), but it closes instantly. Task manager also closes as quick as you open it. If you try to visit grisoft or any anti virus type websites it takes you to the BBC website or just closes IE for some reason. Has anyone heard of a virus that does similiar things as mentioned above? If so, do you know a way of removing it?

Really nice to see a few updates on the site. Section 7 is one of those sites that I'm sure the majority of us would like to see about for the foreseeable future. On another note, is there something wrong with the forum? I get a "Bad entry in users file" message when I try to log in.

I borrowed my girlfriends 106 a few days last week to get to work while mine was away getting fixed. ( snapped a timing belt at 70mph which resulted in all the valves getting bent. ). It was great fun to drive, in a scary sort of way. It feels like a wee go kart. (Y)

I am taking the day off work and putting my feet up for a well deserved rest. (Y)

The only film that has ever scared me was Ghostbusters, way back when it was first released. It was the scene in the library with the ghost of an old woman. eeeek! I was very young at the time though. :"> I really love the Nightmare On Elm Street and Friday The 13th Movies. Which also means that I quite enjoyed Freddy Vs Jason. My all time favourite scary movie is The recent Dawn Of The Dead remake. :)

LMAO, nice one Luke. Atleast I have started wearing a helmet. :lol: American classic and Echo rim should be a lush setup! :lol: It was a bit sketchy trying to get onto that rail. I needed to be close to the edge because my left shoulder was touching that sign, so there was no room for error.

Thanks. I love the rims also. The Echo hubs seem pretty good too. A bit better than a locked out Hope anyway.
