  1. Hello all, I'm wondering if anybody has the Jeff Lenosky section from New World Disorder 8 on their computer. It's on YouTube but TV on the Radio's record label have pulled the audio. It'd be great to get the the clip without spending £15-£20 on the entire DVD. Thanks, Stephen.
  2. Ha ha ha... I think you might be better than me and I've been riding for 10 years.
  3. I've just had a phone call, number withheld and I didn't recognize the voice. Anyway, they recommended as the best ever. For the love of God watch it in high quality.
  4. Best stock: Fluid 23 - 'Sometimes' by Rob Regan and Kris Leeson. I think it would also win the categories 'most X-ups' and 'most crossfade.' As for pre-2002, we were filming on a webcam back then with a 15 second capture limit. We rode for 4 miles, filmed a line then went home to upload it. Laborious. All copies went onto CD, got given out/lost/thrown away and never made it onto TrialsForum.
  5. I'd love to be even half as creative as that on a bike.
  6. Ouch... should have been the opposite; you have to stay on two wheels at all times. You've missed a trick there.
  7. Clearly the best video... can they catch up on votes?
  8. Who cares either way. I'm pleased to have five votes given that the footage was all at least three years old - hardly ground-breaking.
  9. TRAVEL BACK IN TIME... 'Dusty Gems' Featuring: Tim Rodriguez, Andy Chai, Matt Staples and Stephen Morris. Filmed and edited by Stephen Morris, additional DV by Tim Rodriguez. Music - 'You f**king love it' - Dirty pretty things Filmed entirely in London (apart from the 2nd clip in Brighton) over the course of about 6 years. It's basically an amalgamation of clips that didn't get used in any major videos. - 10mb Internet streaming version
  10. So is the video competition happening? When's the final entry date - 30th June? Are we going to put all the entrants in one place?
  11. I'd concentrate on the things you're really good at. As for the sidehop at the beginning, I'd struggle to get up that with brakes and certainly couldn't without - good attempt overall!
  12. I'd take it on board if I were you. Both me and my girlfriend have both been involved with recruitment at some stage in our careers and we get quite alot of C.V.s with spelling mistakes and they go straight in the bin. EDIT: Sorry, I'm not trying to be a dick by the way, I'm just very aware that you get to a certain age where people stop correcting your spelling; they just secretly think 'he's a bit thick'.
  13. I'd be deeply angered if anybody re-edited something I'd spent months working on. Has it not occurred to you that whoever made the video might have edited the video so it goes with the audio? You can't just apply different music. I'm actually angry on behalf of whoever this video belongs to. F**k it, why not enter this in the video competition, you might win a prize?
  14. So, I want to compete, but I only want to go for one day. Is it worth it? Should I go on Saturday or Sunday? How much riding can you get done on one day before you kick us off the sections? I really don't understand how this works as I've only been to one-day competitions in the past.
  15. Meh, I can't sidehop either way so I think I'll do intermediate. One question for the organisers... why are the competitions taking place over two days? It means people either have to commute or stay the night.
  16. Stone Circle... on Southbank just to the East of Waterloo Bridge.
  17. It's cloudy, cold but most importantly dry and it hasn't rained in the night. So, looks like the ride is off, far too chilly outside.
  18. Imagine how big the pile of bags will be at the sloped walls. I think I'll leave my stuff in the car. See you all tomorrow. EDIT: London weather is cloudy and nippy.
  19. Weather for Sunday looks like cloud and rain. EDIT: Never trust GMTV. Weather.co.uk says cloud and a 10% chance of rain. So don't expect it to be warm or nice out, but let's hope for a dry day.
  20. Old School... me and Tim have been riding London since Luke showed us round back in Summer 2000. It's changed so much though as you might expect it to in 9 years, so many walls, flowerpots, rails etc have been taken away and so much more has been built as well. Are you coming next Sunday?
  21. That's Battersea Park... God don't you people know anything? Anyway, I'm really looking forward to 1st March, I think it will be the perfect time to visit a few of the more unknown spots that I haven't ridden in a few years. Love to all, Stephen x
  22. Wow! What a statement. We could come bearing flowers, the fact remains that there are could be well over 100 people all engaging in illegal activity so my advice would be to leave if you see the police, not stay and be polite. Anyway, like Mr Nick Wood says, this is going to be the funniest ride in ever.
