  1. Or you could just hold the GoPro steady; I've found that they work very well as a small handheld camera.
  2. The first section on the platforms, "from the TOP platform down to the FLOOR!" was insipid.
  3. I'm looking to buy a Kona road bike, does anybody know of a bike shop somewhere that would have them in a showroom to go an take a look at? Extra points if the bike shop is in the south east of England.
  4. This is the first Boston video I've ever seen. I went there a few years back and saw loads of great lines but didn't have my bike. Great video.
  5. I live in Wimbledon. Maybe I'll see you in Central London when the weather picks up. #Snow
  6. Hello Andrea. Where in London do you live?
  7. Threw this together following the BEST RIDE EVER in London. I would have used it in a bigger video, but since he didn't make it up and over I thought I'd stick it up here. God bless and hope you don't mind Adam.
  8. I was put off by the baseball caps flying everywhere.

  10. Looks like fun - when's the deadline?
  11. The Snow Leopard has been sorted and the App store downloaded. As for the product, thanks for the links, I'll chase them up.
  12. That is off topic. As it happens I installed Snow Leopard last night, checked my system to make sure I now had OSX version 10.6 (I do), but I still can't find the app store anywhere and there are hardly any differences at first glance from Leopard. I'll have to do more digging later this evening after I've cooked chilli con carne (chilli with meat). Unless of course you could tell me how much of a dick I'm being and point me in the right direction.
  13. The person in question is new to bikes and has a lot of money. I fear that if he doesn't find this product he will employ somebody to do just that, tighten and loosen the stem on a daily bass. I need to upgrade to Snow Leopard before I can upgrade to Mountain Lion as the Mountain Lion download requires access to the App Store which wasn't available on my OSX 10.5 Leopard version. That seems excessive, but would definitely do the job. Great find, thanks Tom. It would be great to present the gentleman in question with a few options, so would appreciate it if anybody else has other suggestions.
  14. It's a long story, but my girlfriend's boss has given me a copy of Snow Leopard for my Mac on the condition that I find a bike product for him. Not that long a story actually. The product has been described to me as some sort of quick release device that goes on the handlebars and allows you to loosen the headset in order to quickly turn the bars in line with the frame and wheels. The purpose is that it allows you to quickly turn a bike from being a fairly awkward shaped item into something that could lay flat against a wall - think space saving in a small flat sort of thing. Has anybody seen, bought, sold one of these mysterious items before? Do they have a name, do you know where they're sold, is there just one type or is this a niche genre that I've stumbled on? I'd greatly appreciate any help regarding this important matter. Much love, Stephen Morris.
  15. Great video - I'm looking forward the next one!
  16. I disagree with everybody. I thought the video was brilliant and the riding was chilled out, smooth and fun. The best trials videos for me are the ones that encapsulate the enjoyment of your average rider picking an everyday spot and having some fun. I can't remember the last time I seriously exerted myself when I went out riding because those days of really caring are well and truly behind me. No need for aggression in my book, in fact I aim to put in as little effort as possible when picking lines and sections. I'm seriously impressed that having popped back onto the forum to see what's 'going down' that the standard of videos is still so high.
  17. That was nice enough. The music should have been louder, but it wasn't bad for a 'tripod' video.
  18. Really good video, well done. Where was it filmed?
  19. I'm going to stick my neck out and say that's the best trials video I've ever seen, definitely in the last 5 years. I particularly liked the fact that you were using a 24" bike to ride trials, not to do endless tail whips and 360s.
