  1. False! I run koolstops up front and there amazing! On a medium grind they hold and bite lovely..well i think so anyway.
  2. I've got a Met helmet which is very good, i've already put it to the test since i fell straight on my back and the helmet stopped it from becoming very dangerous. The good thing about the XC style helmet is that they are light weight and airy. The skate style helmet (which I have used before) move around your head and make your head hot and uncomfortable. I would recommend mine, i think it cost me £27.99 from a bike shop in Brighton. Just in case you choose a met, mines black with like a red flame on one side, it also has a peak thing on the front. Joe
  3. >.< I'm 13:P how come we can't vote in our own area?
  4. Yeah i've seen a mysterious guy in colchester riding, he had a profile hub I could tell by the sound.. I would ride clacton more often but my parents are worried about the amount of chavs in crakton...lol Will have to organise a ride in the ride section once/if i get validated. Joe

  6. Well i'm like the only person who rides trials in frinton, alot of people are 16/17 and are off elsewhere. Fancy a ride sometime in Clacton or Colchester
  7. For a mod As said before any deng frame + czar etc echo lite / zoo! forks or something similar. hs33 rear + front with heatsink pads front and back = amazing. tensile cranks are really nice i thinks. wheels is up to you, monty ones dent soo easy though. I've dented mine several times.. >.< also depends on freehub or freewheel. stem t-master is nice with zoo bars or similar. pedals try-all twin cage are very grippy. tyres try-all or maxxis. chain kmc kool chain. tensile or monty freewheel. any headset... can't think of anything else. 6.3 is tall for a mod though.
  8. I just pump mine up to about 35 psi (front and back) then when i go out on a ride i just them down a bit until i find a perfect pressure.
