  1. Lil' Dan (minitrialer?) is approximately 3'3", but I love him. I'm 5 8, but thats boring.
  2. I've got two tunnels at 20mm, 2 tunnels at 6mm, a horizontal scaffold, a rook, middle lip, 2 on my right side of my lip, a horizontal eyebrow, and I had a vertical tragus but took it out, gonna get it re done though. Will post pics later, just for Charlie
  3. If she's turned 18 fairly recently it could be the excitement of legal drinking in pubs. It died off for me in a few months.
  4. Surely a bit hard to get accurate what with them dying all the time.
  5. I'm for voluntary euthanasia, it's far more cruel to keep these people alive who have no standard of living, are in constant pain and their lives are a constant battle. If they want it to end, and want to go peacefully and painlessly, I think they should have the right to choose so. Which is also why I think that suicidal people should be allowed to kill themselves after having therapy. Fair enough, a lot of them aren't thinking straight, which is what therapy should be able to help, but after then, if they hate living so much they'd rather not exist anymore, who are we to stop them? It's just cruel really.
  6. I saw Enter Shikari a few years ago, before he really used his sampler But yeah, they are getting progressively worse, anyone can play a Faithless sample, then palm mute open D in the background, then vomit on the microphone. Absolute tosspots in real life too, I hear at their last gig they were delayed by 15 minutes because Rou (vocalist) couldn't actually fit his head through the door.

    Booze Tax

A pint at my local is £1.20
  8. Damn, that worked awesome, thanks a lot.
  9. Nice idea, I'll go try it, I thought I was stuck with a stupid huge seatclamp after deciding a seat post I found off a £60 kids bike would be best suited for my bmx. I'll go see if it fits.
  10. New stuff since last post, Fit Slim saddle, Primo Pro stem, Shadow grips, Hoffman Park pegs. Shitty lighting outside ftl Mark inspired peg shot
  11. I'm gonna go fix a puncture, then I'll report back with pics. Useless post ***!
  12. Anyone passing by Colchester I'd love to go
  13. I have Odyssey lever ---- Odyssey linear slic ----- Diatech AD990 with standard pads ------ Odyssey Hazard Lite chrome rim. And its easily as powerful as my Magura with Koxx bloxx and XTR booster. I have no idea why people go to all this effort with BMX brakes, learn to set them up and they will be powerful as hell. I used heatsink pads once and they were far too grabby and squealed like a bitch.
  14. Yeah, you'd have to have a normal earring or stud. Your best bet is to go and ask about in the local piercing clinics, I'm sure you can find someone who would get you to 4mm straight away.
  15. Thats scalpelling. All they would do on the 3mm one is simply use a bigger needle, about 2.4mm or so, then chase it through with a taper and the plug/tunnel/bar.
  16. The longer you leave it between stretches, and the smaller stretches you do, the less painful it will be and the less chance of something f**king up. I've blown out my ear before, its not nice. I'd say leave it at least 6 weeks after piercing, I left it 2, and the first stretch hurt like a bitch, but I did go straight to 4. Another option would be to get it pierced at a higher guage and stretched to 3mm or so immediately after piercing, all decent piercers would do that for you. Don't go to a cheap jewellery store with a piercing gun, spend the extra tenner or so. On 20mm now, and 5mm on the other one, was 6 but I lost my tunnel.
  17. Chicks dig scars, it's cool.
  18. Nah, punk was it's own thing that didn't really stem from rock, apparantly. I'm just going by what he says, he's been in the music business for 20 years or so and has been teaching the origins of modern music for years and years, so I guess he knows his shit. On a related note, Jazz comes from prostitution, they used to give black slaves instruments to entertain the clients in brothels before they got their action, and thats where jazz was formed. Amazing what incredibly useless facts you learn at college
  19. I actually learnt about this last week at college. Basically, nearly all modern rock music stems from blues, using similar rhyme patterns and structure etc. Even super death metal and everything, at some point stemmed from blues, which is a black genre. Any of the genres coming from country are also blues influenced. Ska comes from Reggae which is Jamacian and therefore black. My music college tutor reckons the only two genres not originating from black music are classical and punk.
  20. Gusset cranks are 20mm too, maybe they are cheaper and have the same axle.
