Google YouTube downloader and download your selected video. You can probably choose the format to download it In 3gp or mp4(?) if not you'll have to convert it. Then once you have the file either use the transfer cable that comes with it or use a Bluetooth adaptor. For both methods you don't need to use a transfer software just drag'n'drop.
