bash plate, because a bash ring when u land on it puts all your weight through the bottom bracket with a shock. the bearings aint ment for big shocks as such , as they are hardened steel or titanium etc. also depending on your weight the bb wil just bend/ as i have done loads of times. but its up to the rider see how they feel. one advantage of a bash ring your trousers wont get tangled in the free wheel and wrec your clothes lol.

well i had a old worn out onza t pro about a year ago with a monster stem and flat bars and i found i could hop us things 4 1/2 ft easly. like most people are saying its up to the rider. try borrowing one of your mates cars for a week and see what you prefer.

ye maybe if u run loads of tar it wil stick on. try getting brake cleaner from halfords or somewhere and give the rim a blast and start fresh. or take out rear pistons and clean them up. use minrel oil or magura blood to lubracate the piston when it goes back in so u dont flip the seals or damage them.. thats for disc brakes, if you put that on a rim brake it will get contaminated. they wont get contaminated we use brake cleaner in the automotive trade. the one i am on about is not cilicone based and wil dry in no time just aply to rim take off exess tar. ive done this for years and i aint never had a problem.

plus its fun when little chavs are like ohhhh where is your seat lol then say someone nicked it.

t pro for me, i then slowely upgraded everything to finaly get a totaly diffrent bike.

tnn are good on one of the boys bikes but i aint heared of anyone complaining about koxx blox brown. i have riden them for years and loads of people i know have and they aint failed yet.

have a look on static bikes. i managed to do it with my identiti. they should fit.
