does anybody know any sites where to get inserts for frames ? different sizes if possible i dont like helicoils because they are weak and round out just as fast as the frame

hi, which size pad is the best and works the longest because the coust cnc pads and heatsink are longer than zoo pads. both pads worked good for me and gaz but i dont really know why there is different sizes
