so my old shoes were ruind and had holes in them and got new ones but cant seem to ride as good with my old ones, which is the best way to get used to them and wear them in ? any help appreciated

i will be getting a black king shell when i can so it will all be black i just had to use those bars and that king so i could at least ride

if my back wheel comes back then me and gaz are going to be riding kendal, anybody else coming out. big bus station at 10-11.30 dependin on wt time i get up. will put a time on nearer the time. anybody up 4 it ?

does anybody know where i can get a Black 32 hole bmx rear chris king hub shell from please i have looked on aspire but they are going to be ages and need 1 within this week or next week. is there any other sites where i can purchase one of them ??

started on a monty 219 alp but didnt really know what i was buying at the time :$ but it started me off and then i got a monty 219 magura 07 that is what i started proply trialing on and that became to short for me and now i have a 2008 gu le . matty
