This guy has been through so much pain with his front free wheel 1. Having trouble setting up free wheel .2.Threads go on cranks 3.Gettin new tensioner for the bike(Fault of free-wheel) 4.Finally gettin all parts needed and chain snapes. 5.Free wheel goes Boom Hes not actually had one complete day riding his bike due to all these problems. And the pain hes been throw. Please could a mod actually make him feel better,Hhe has been on here ages and still not validated. Please could someone validate the poor little sole. PLEASE .

So its the same as gettin the compound out of cnc backing? Any ideas on what glue to glue them back in with?

I know how to take the compound out of metal backing but can u take coumpound out of normal backing (power pad)and then put them into the heatsink cnc backing ??

And he was right. My viz rim is really good for what i do with it and im pretty heavy on some drops I would recomend these rims. Or one of the whole wheel builds of trials-uk with the viz hub. The hubs are about as good as possible.(strong as shit) Hope this helps.
