All the french gayers drill + grind there sidewalls and use double magura .

Get front magura? dunno if it's much lighter, and cut nobbles off your tyres, drill sidewalls in your front rim or something.

You could get an 04 magura hs33 lever, they sell them on tarty and chainrectioncycles i think.

The 9 quid one off tarty is the lowest i think, there not very good but theyll last a year or so if you look after them, maybe try taking some material off your headtube aswell?

Put one of the bolts in either the lever or the slave and then carry on pumping, take it out and pump put it back in etc, make sure you put all the bolts in when under water, wd40 all the pistons, when you squeeze the lever fully the pads should push out a fair bit.

Just a syringe and a cross over without 1 end attatched, then put that on the end of the syringe and it should work lol.
