yeh wear a helmet, my brother who has just started out trials fell of on monday and lightly banged his head, he was throwing up all tuesday with some concussion i think, my point is that you don't have to hit it really hard to cause serious damage a prime example of this is Natasha Richardson

a few weeks ago my pistons were seizing (the pads were not retracting properly) i'm guessing it was due to the water bleed. So i knew it was time to go back to oil. I just gave it a really good bleed, i mean really good. the lever dosn't really feel any spongier than when it's water bled, and by the next ride it had totally sorted out the pis tons

iv'e been using THESE for a while and they are the best imo. iv'e also tried Echo Rubbers and they lasted about a week... My mate had some DMR lock-on grips which felt pretty good and have lasted him a fair while. Stay away from THESE lock-ons, again they last about a week...

just ride your bike untill something breaks (it WILL break). Then replace the broken part with a lighter part maybe? just taking parts of that arn't even broken like people will suggest is a silly mind-set for trials and will cost you lots more overall

If it isn't broken, why fix it?
