yep i sed a bit more than ouch though i broke it flat then the doc had to bend it as u can prob see my fingers are bent its all good now though dont hurt nick

Broke my left hand i tryed to hop on to a ledge about a foot high landed on sum wet leaves slipped of the back smashed my hand on the floor then landed on it i broke 2 knuckles and 3 of my metacarpal bones in my hand And its hopefully coming off on Thursday the 1st then ill be able to go ride nick

Iv got a 20mm tunnel in my left ear. And top of my ear done (cant remember what its called lol) prob gonna stretch to 1" ( 25mm ) or more soon my right ear periced and stretched . snake bites and double eyebrow prob toung and nose Nick

Well i used ANC when i got mine.You just ring up or email the people u have bought it off ask them for there mobile number and house number and there address and time/date when they are in most convenient for them. then go to (eg..)ANC give them all the stuff (telephone numbers / address / time/date ) then pay for it. i think mine was round about £10-20 max then the company should ring you when they have received all you do then is sign for it and away you go hope iv helped Nick (misson-boy)

Yea go with the t-pro or a t-bird one of my friends has one as his first bike and hasn't broke yet. my mate has a da bomb pro team magura hes had it since the start of the year and it keeps braking . freewheel , bottom bracket ect............... nick ( mission-boy)
