If you haven't already, download Hijack This. Unzip it, go to the location where its saved, open it. Click 'Do a scan and save logfile'. Then paste the logfile Here. Make sure before you submit it that the 'Show user ratings' box is checked. Should tell you what the bad things are on your computer. Check all the bad ones on the HijackThis program, then click fix checked. Thats all i can say, if it doesn't work then i'm puzzled. Adam.
