If I was you I would make the mount out of 3mm thick steel, well thats what my brother has done and it is so stif. By the way what hub are you using, Is it a monty Ti.
If you run a grind on the back get rock blues my brother had them and they wore down about 4mm within 5 months riding. if you run tar (witch is shit in the wet) get onza citrus pads because thet are cheep.
I like number 2 because of the shape and the rear disc mount but the only thing that lets it down is that where they have mounted the bb to the frame I think it might snap.
