  1. when are you coming down btw? we'll have to see...
  2. Do you mean with it run down inside the steerer? It doesn't effect the brkae what so ever - why should it?
  3. Oh, this is form the first batch. Second batches have the top tube slightly raised (looks a little better), the seat tube is angled forwards more (seat slamming capibilities ) and the built in booster allows up to a 2.7 inch tyre - mine fits wider tyres too now (with the help of a hacksaw and top up paint ) haha.
  4. I've never riden an Inspired before, so I can't compare this to one - but it rides so nice. Bunny hops, 'roll-ups', manuels and spins are so easy on this (and today was my first ever ride on it - so I'm bound to improve, right? ). And standard trials things are more than do-able - taps, up to fronts and pedal kicks are all easy. Even side-hops are okay to preform... And yes this is an MK2, note the massive gussets and the three different brake mounts? You'll be happy to know I've got my heart set on the Trialtech forks too but the ones with 24" mounts..
  5. Its real comfy? Real reason - I got it for £0.99 posted on Ebay. It'll do untill the Inspired ones are realesed!
  6. Cheers Muel! and its cool you don't like it Stig - at the end of the day looks don't matter, its what it rides like. And this rides SWEET!
  7. Bit like my Hope XC - same number of engagements, similar asthetics. Just this has bolts instead of a quick release skewer... EDIT: thought mine had 36 engagements, nevermind I just ment Hope make really reliable hubs - and I'd prefur a Hope over a hub I've never heard of before...
  8. Instead of the 'correct tool', I use my old handlebar to bash the cup out! Works a beast
  9. Hey, after two weeks of buying and gathering parts - shes finely done!! Its a Heatsink 24UK mk2 ... in blue. And IMO is the nicest looking mk2 so far take a look... All comments welcomed. Cai.
  10. I have a set of the old Zoo! bars (vgc, in red). Dunno if they interest you?
  11. I really like the paint job If the forks didn't match (if they were black for example) could like nicer as a full build.
  12. Why doesn't Trialtech (or even Heatsink) put some 24" positioned vee mounts on the front of the fork legs, and some 24" positioned maggie mounts on the backs of them? They would make a killing plus it would tie in nicely with Heatsink's new 'triple brake mount' thing the've got on the 24UKs.... EDIT: I can't spell

    NBR 28

Really good riding! Makes me want to go and ride - but my 24UK isn't finished yet :(
  14. You need the Echo snail cams on their (only Echo ones work on those hubs, as they are wider than most and are drilled to 12mm not 10mm). This will stop the hub from moving. But if the rim is moving then you've proberly got a buckel - look it up in the wiki on how to fix it (its really easy btw)

  19. Hey, just flicking through Ebay and found this: its a Mission Trials Master frame And its going at £10, someone should defenatly buy it, and build this up - would be mint
  20. Looks like a sound rim, would be good for the uni riders that prefer 20" over 19"
