  1. looks great. once i am happy with a color in my mind, im going to commit to spraying mine.
  2. i meant to put it how isitafox put mate, i just worded it incorrectly. i mean to gain the benefit of running a similar set up the bars need to be forward to gain the extra reach on the bars when the bike is on the back wheel. hope this has cleared things up. sorry.
  3. yes, i dont understand why you have such a problem with all things not bmxy related. give it a rest.
  4. how will you know unless you try it? i agree with dave, the bars need to be at that angle to improve the posture on the back wheel
  5. the chain will stretch after a short ride, id rather cut the tyre or file the frame down (dependant on how much is needed to take away) then let the tyre rub on my bike..
  6. i benefited from it straight off, posture and control was loads better. im not a world class uci level rider... leave it a few days your wrists will get used to it, i hated it at first but its wrong to leave an opinion after just a ride, leave it at least a week and your wrist will adapt i would have thought, i can kinda see the sense in your ideas, but i dont think there will be a trials specific stem with that geometry. once you used to how the bike reacts with that bar angle i found it 100 x better, now it feels weird when bars are at "normal" angles and that the "carthy/gilles" angle feels second nature.
  7. Merry christmas oh hugs and kisses snaps anoll! Bens had these on his hardrive for last 2-3 years decided to put them togehter come out with 7 min long video.. brings back memories from when riding was good and had a laugh! Enjoy!!
  8. congrats all though imo it was inevitable what sort of rider was looked for..
  9. without trying to sound harsh, have you seen him ride? hes an unbelievable talent and its been shown this year that he is more then capable of riding cadet! and will be looking for a challenge next year! it would not surprise me to see him on a few podiums
  10. the weather does not affect me as such, im not even shy of the rain. its more of the light that puts a downer on me. most of my local spots are barley lit and if they are they are poorly lit. im well committed to the sport i just find that the dark nights are really a pain in the arse to get some sort of routine of regular riding in! especially on the week days. dark being my main enemy! my riding does no plummet somewhat, it just don't improve. im after a winter spot, would make the winter so much easier on the trials front, well lit and warm would defo be a winning situation.
  11. how do you guys get on in the winter? with the crap weather and it going dark early how do you guys actually get to ride? do you see a drastic drop off in your riding? do you find it hard for motivation?
  12. yes so those are the relevant reasons why you would not run a brake booster, not because its ugly. function over looks every day.
  13. why do you lot care about aesthetics over function? that shouldn't be the case. it depends on weather the forks are stiff enough buddy, my t-t forks with plastic backed pads on my 04 magura is plenty stiff enough for me without running a booster., running a booster would also probably increase the life in the forks also.

    Hege & Gabi

yeah but its not just any 15 year old, hes a very talented rider!
  16. yes adam all was sorted sorry mate i thought it was a engaged number! yes you did adam, great service again thanks yes hence the "just rang"
  17. just rang up to go buy some new shoes, got to the options menu selected number 1 and then nothing happening? also tried number 5 and nothing happened, same problem!
  18. never thought of it at like that, if you get right over front wheel you have a lot more grip on the front and is less likely to skid out perhaps the tyre skids out with that technique.. i dont understand how it works either, do you not find it hard to swap to rear joe? not knocking his technique just dont get how it works:P perhaps joe will start a new trend with to front technique
  19. great video, but dont agree with the to front technique. i dont actually get how joes technique work he dont even seem to be over the front wheel, which is actually quite impressive in its self, think how far you could gap if you planted your weight over the front joe
