  7. however the point at which the chamfer is the same surface area as a standard square pad, there will be no usable pad anyway. so essentially le is suggesting more 'power' than a standard square pad. also due to the nature in which a standard pad becomes mis shapen (rounding corners etc) then even more power in the new KBM's compared to a standard shaped pad...possibly? ill wait to try some. however the LGMs are amazing anyway, so this new material will have to be something special. EDIT: i love the way kenny has his name engraved on his backings. awesome. plus extra weight saving
  8. Did someone steal your tastebuds ross?
  9. really cr*p.......they just WONT wear down....i have been trying for months p.s. could someone provide some justification regarding the chamferred edges? benefits, downfalls, reasons etc? kenny must have had some reason for asking for the pads to be the way they are....just intrigued

  20. Big thanks to Tartybikes, Tnn Engineering and Trialtech for the support. Been doing a little riding recently, got some stuff on film so thought i would throw it into a video. Quickly editied, but let me know what you think Vimeo link to follow soon. just a youtuber for now
  21. noobie.... can tartybikes provide additional 'skills'? i am sure that they can be purchased from madison?
  22. thats no rainbow bike... this is a rainbow bike
  23. In my opinion i wouldnt waste my money on XTR v-brakes. (if you are using them for trials use). I find they create a spongy feeling at the lever, and do not have the power to hold up for trials use. furthermore i had some that i used on my front brake that snapped on the "2nd" arm bit, then i replaced it and it did the same on the second caliper i use. if you are thinking about them for trials use then avoid like the plague IMO. A much better brake caliper would be something like the AVID digit 5 from TartyBikes, or this shimano one here
