I have some days off, and havent been on my bike in a month due to a broken knuckle (hopefully healed by next week), so two of us are coming road trippin next week around the UK. Anyone is free to join us. it would be nice to get a ride in with as many people as possible. also...if anyone would be willing to put up two northern guys anywhere after riding this would be appreciated. So plan at the moment is as follows: Sunday 28th Glasgow Ride Monday 29th Blackpool Evening Ride Tuesday 30th Blackpool ride / Porthcawl Evening Ride Wednesday 31st Porthcawl Ride / Bristol Evening Ride Thursday 1st Bristol morning ride (maybe) / street ride evening(either london or portsmouth (to be decided) Friday 2nd chosen destination morning ride / hull evening ride. Saturday 3rd shipley evening ride Sunday 4th shipley morning ride then drive home to aberdeen. anyone is welcome to tag along if they so wish, and as i say if anyone wants to meet up for a ride, give us a pm or a shout on FB and we will sort out getting numbers so we can sort out a ride. love and hugs

seriously impressed by how big you are going dude. seriously disgusting to think how we were on par for a while and then booooooost off you go. i still think the riding is a little mundane though. i know its probably becoming boring for you hearing it, but id like to see you mixing up stuff that is more than a single move would be cool, although finding things where you can go that big all the time would probably not happen. either way keep it up. good to see someone still pushing the "go big" attitude

really?? dont remember looking anything like the guy. I know im a bit dumb lookin haha

Isn't the volume of a tube (pi x r^2)/4 times length not pi x (d/2)^2 times length Edit: it's cool I'm a noob. I get a volume of 0.00495 m3 and density or air is 1.22kg/m3 so mass of air in the tire would work out to be 6grams?? Your calc was a little long winded. I agree with the majority though...really something you'd even consider? Don't you have other activities in your life other than trials??

hey man, ive just replied to you! Id be up for it when im nae injured!

Overall, id just like to be known for have being half decent on bike, whilst having fun doing so. things in particular id like to be able to learn before I slow the amount of riding i do. I dont think ill ever quit (ive been close before, but couldnt bring myself to do it): 360's, fakie manuals, fakie nose rolls (yes ross....i did actually write this) oh and id like not to be injured for once. Frikken drunken antics leading to fractured knuckle...mmmm

if i were ever going to buy another long bike...this'd be it. but without the orange bits if thats possible

i am certainly a convert from high bb frames, however I have gone completely the opposite (long / high bb to short / low bb) and I have never been happier. I have NEVER had the basic "style" that ali is talking about, and unfortunately i think my TGS style shows in my riding on the inspired. however it is a little bad that all the companies are doing this high bb thing, with no real alternatives for those who want a long, low bb bike. i must admit though - for competition / tgs type trials, a high bb bike works better. IMHO. i see where ali is coming from and it annoys me that I dont have the style. One day. ONE DAY

hopefully tom reads this: can we get rid of this stupid lens please dude? it looks shocking on the video. The quality is so awesome, and the riding is big and its good to see he is still going after all these years, but its all ruined by this terrible lens. sorry to be brutally honest man. just needed to get this said haha

ahhhh fair enough. im no rich enough for that.

hey Rusevelt, there is HD available by going to the vimeo page and watching it there. Just seems that when you embed the video they do not let you have the HD quality on there....randomly. Anyway, cheers for comments boys, appreciated.

i very much like this. love the mahooosive hop gap to manual, but more enjoyed that you did the whole manual and then nearly cased it off the end of the wall haha. jealous of your spins too. one day ill be able to do spinny stuff. ONE DAY!!!

do what you feel is right gary? no-one else can tell you how you will feel on something like that...got any old bars you dont want / really need? cut them down first and see how you feel on them, then if you feel better on smaller bars cut your expensive bars down, if you feel happier at 720, then leave them at that and put your expensive bars back on? you have millions of spare parts. on a plus note...thinner bars = less weight you big homo

Where Is The Best Place To Ride In The Highlands?
ben_travis replied to yaabaaeuan's topic in Trials Chat
aberdeen is worth a visit for street as well. although a little closer to you is elgin which has some decent street riding (enough for a day i would say). sorry to disagree with some of the boys up there, but inverness is sh*t for street. i havent ridden these rocks down under the bridge. -
cheers for the comments gents. appreciated
