if it was authentic there would be a camel toe! -
or any of their components for that matter!? hmmm, im just not sure they can compete in the brake / disc markets or hubs when the competition (trials wise) is so good. we shall see

cinematography i think steve. here is my opinion......... i enjoyed the dvd from a video makers point of view. the filming was good, the editing was good, the angles were good. so i liked it from here. i liked the concept behind the video, it was a compilation of the summer you had, going on rides, filming, filming yourself, interviews etc....this was excellent, and was fun to watch because there was nothing serious about it. However, i did not enjoy the riding, other than nick goddards section. (the boy is too technical) im a fan of street riding vids, the likes of phil feeny, boon etc, BUT the whole video was more orientated to this, i felt as if you had mostly put this in the dvd because its a current trend on the forum at the moment (more likely to sell dvd's). so thats my opinion. certain matters i liked, others i didnt. thanks for producing it though jonny.

i wouldnt class myself as an inch grabber.? yes i tap gap sidehop, but i do mixtures of things, but i dont count the inches i make mr joe when i meet u ill spank u. possibly in a kinky way haha. but i dont know i just think the whole topic of being an inch-grabber rider (as simon puts it) is really boring, thats how people ride. so what. maybe those that do more stuff cant go as big, so they mix it up a little.?? i mix it up as well, just cos i dont do spins and shit doesnt make my riding boring in my opinion.
-
that is fun to somepeople simon? so if thats what they found fun would you ride with them? will you stop bringing up this inch wanting style dig at people, in fact not you personally. everyone. its boring me now
-
congrats my friend and good luck

maybe put a topic in forsale/wanted to try and swap it with someone?
-
why do you all bring up that as onza boy mark puts it TGS (tap gap sidehop), ur all saying trials is about having fun, but people are saying TGS is boring and blah. THAT IS WHAT SOME PEOPLE ENJOY DOING FOR FUN. i dont mean to be rude, but has anyone actually watched any of damons vids properly or tunnis or CLS's, and realised what they can do on a bike is amazing? yes its TGS riding, but nevertheless amazing. have u watched boon riding in his videos? how do you spin so easily? how does he manuel so and gap so smooth? its amazing. yes is bmx on a mtb almost, with some trials added in, but nevertheless amazing. ride how the fecking hell you want to ride and stop complaining about boring riding? sometimes i do think that many say that its boring because a) trying to be individual and being slightly jealous? this topic is shit

deng makes the new 07 frames in 135mm spacing though. so whats the problem? go on www.tartybikes.co.uk and its there, available for everyones pleasure damon and chris dont own 116 horizontal dropout frames? and they havent experienced it. Maybe tunnis, but the difference is that the power they put through is so much different. the one problem i have with the adamant hubs is 5mm bolts. they need to be big monsters like king or profile. get an 8mm allen key in there and boooooomf. wont be a problem could always take a look at the bodge i did for horizontal dropouts? in the bikes pics forum
-
my opinion is that (yes im sponsored by deng) dengs frames are light, but durable, older models were not, but now they are. you dont see many of the 05+ models breaking (without normal circumstances) and yet they are still really light. i just dont think steel is benficial for trials. i mean think about it, i dont see how koxx sell XTP's and most of their frames at that price when deng is selling at almost half of some of the prices. im sorry, but steel is not for trials frames. *now bmx, requires steel because the amount of abuse in comparison and especially with the speed differences requires stronger frames

the spoke base on my adamant hub is wider than that of standard 135mm hubs. eg chris king, the hub of choice for most riders. it has a wider spoke base, less leverage on the axle because its shorter. only thing 135 is bettter for is that it means you can run gears, BUT UCI comps (incase you ride them) allow singlespeed set up now, also most comps in the UK allow singlespeed set up unless in very top categories so other than the fact you would have to buy a new hub, what is so annoying about it? or is everyone just pissed off that deng tried something new? you could always do what tunni did and cut ur king axle to fit the frame

i dont like how plain it is, how designs are restricted really because of the tubing. i dont like the weight issue, just a personal opinion. i always see folk bigging up steel and im not sure why. but i remember that the forum is alot of newbies following 'cool' members etc so if they say steel is cool, then newbs automatically do. i think that if aluminium was available at similar prices as steel is and it wasnt so mass produced in the far east, that much stell products wouldnt be available i dont know, maybe im wrong, but i get the entire feeling with the steel trend, that people ride frames made in stell because they think it makes them individual or that they are sayin f**k you because the ride a frame that is "made in england/britain" (p.s i had a curtis back in the day, and loved it when i had it, but now i look back, and it was a pointless frame for me)

i like aran, we hugged once, then we shared a polite joke about drugs and how he was going to jump me later. then i ran off quickly but i still like him, but only when he is more than 10ft away oh and for his bikes they look reet to me, mikes looks pretty nice. i like the fact you can play around with shizzle on them, i dont like them because they are steel. x

Anyone Got Any Pics Of The Biggest Tap Possible?
ben_travis replied to Revell-Bikes's topic in Riding Pictures
take away the hoook tunni did at that white wall in his last video because it had a kicker. Sorry neil, but it did, thus not making it a cool proper hook, but a cool assisted hoook hooks should not be from bunny hop. its a decision i made for the rest of the trials world many moons ago, anyone getting a big hook from bunny hp officially has their score wiped from the cards thanksyou -
the pick with bessel sidehopping with the large drop to the side is pretty sweeet. if only the wall was thinner > closer to the danger > possible chance of bessel getting muddy = ben travis happy
