  1. ill give these a shot, then hunt both of you down if neither works.... so basically....bleed the brake as normal...then rotate the lever around the handlebar (because in a usual circumstance the bleed hole is on the top of the lever) and bleed it a little more...???
  2. From what i remember, he broke two pro2's, the first lasted a couple o months, the second snapped the same day he built it up. now he runs an 07 i think....
  3. I am still having problems bleeding mine. Done a bath bleed, done a syringe bleed, every which way possible and still im unsure the pads are moving as far as they should. Basically when i pull my lever, the pad only pushes out as far as the backing!? (so a maximum of about 8mm) Is this correct, due to the pistons and calipers being smaller? or should it be the same as a magura? SOMEONE HELP ME. Also when i bleed my adamant rim brake with a bleed kit, basically the lever etc etc doesn't fill up at all. Any advice?
  4. i think its called set me free by the propellerheads, second song in there i cannot remember. sorry.

  7. I really really really used to care. Now i dont, i have always ridden for fun, the inch pinching was part of the fun. Now i have reached a 'reasonable' standard (not in my own eyes though) i dont care anymore. I ride for the banter with my mates, i ride comps to improve my skills, i ride street for the ease of access to it. Riding for fun is the way forward

  14. i have never had any problems with echo bearings at all aran. i would recommend the echo (but that said most people would argue that i would say that). i have run adamant hubs with no problems at all including a freehub for at least 8 months with NO problems at all.
  15. In my 'new' deng hub i have had a custom made axle made with big beefy 8mm bolts. if anyone wants something similar they should speak to edd potts (dave85 on here). mines BEAST and uses 8mm bolts with same thread as a hope pro 2
