i always find if you use a booster on a brake, it makes it more silent, but the hold is better. Anyone that sets their brake up looking for noise, is silly. the flex in the frame means the pads (in my opinion) will slip little before engaging!?, and as such you get the noise. silent brakes that hold well for the win .

ok, fair enough, its just my opinion. Bringing up that quarter-life crisis topic, alot of people think they have the worst troubles on the planet. at sometimes, i feel that my troubles are very difficult to work through, however, when i look at things in perspective, there is no problem on the planet that is unbearable, and as such, the people who give up, by taking there own life, forget that some people will have to sort out that problem they have left. every situation is workable, everyone has problems, its part of life. however, the bridgend suicides are all young people, who seriously do not know what 'troubles' are. they had so much left of life to enjoy / rectify problems, why do you think they committed suicide? my belief is agreeing with others in this topic, that they are looking for some sort of attention.

bloody weight weenies. jesus. christ. sure its riding awesome

suicide is narcissistic (selfish). end of. people who do it, want the attention, (which these guys are recieving) but get nothing out of it? Its pretty stupid, however they forget the family, friends, relatives, that they are leaving behind who have to deal with the shit that they leave behind by killing themselves. I am also on the fence regarding whether it is a pact or not, however, i feel that the minute the media stop blowing it up and creating rumours etc, that the suicides will stop.

i just ride so i can be as cool as danny mac

never saw this, but i was looking at your profile cos of the life crisis topic. i assume by 4D cad you mean modelling that includes information about stuff in the building? eg. a toilet block. when you extract the attributes (using cad) it tells you all the information about the toilet eg. price, manufacturer etc

hmm. my post before may have been irrational, given the situation of 'spacemunkee', however, i am also going through a tough time, i graduated uni last year, and the change between uni and work, is pretty difficult (for me anyway), also living away from the missus at the current time, as well as not having as much time to socialise, i have a list of problems as long as my arm. im skint, i struggle through, im looking for a mortgage, flat, new job, and all sorts else, however, there are people out there, who know they are going to die in the next five years because of some critical illness.there are people out there who have to eat shit (pretty much) because they cannot afford / get to decent foodthere are people out there, who are in more debt than i can ever imaginethere are people out there who will never earn more than 20k, because of whatever reasonthere are people who will never own there own propertythere are people out there who have no missus so what im saying, and agreeing with anzo, is that a 'quarter-life crisis' is such pish, the only way to get over it is to pull through it. if you struggle on for now, things always sort them selves out. On this forum, i forever hear people saying, oh i cant get a job, because of x, or i cant do this, or i cant do that, some people on here (not aimed at spacemunkee) will not realise that you cannot start at the top. CLS was not always the best UK street rider (with his style), steve peat was not always a world beater on his circuit. tarty bikes did not become the most used place to buy trials bits overnight. they started at the bottom and worked up. Hence my slightly sarcastic reply, because folk on this forum, do not realise that to get somewhere takes effort, and complain about it. so. to answer the initial question in the first post. pull through it lad, just keep working, if you dont work at sorting the problem, you will only get deeper into your 'crisis'. also your very young. chill out and enjoy your youth, cos things are only gunna get harder.
