  1. Hey looking for a downloadable version of some of Chris Akrigg's vids. If anybody knows of any or has them. Please post them up. Thanks Jordan
  2. As the topic says. Think I have a few of them, but would like to have them all. Not sure how many he made, but it wasn't too many.
  3. Title: Swidnik 2004 Music: Duration: 04:12 minutes Trials-Forum Video -> Full View • Download • Upload Summary Another one of the many vids I have around.
  4. Yeah, not good for smooth guys. It's made for a sharp grind. Tried it on a smooth. Didn't work too well. Haven't tried them properly on a grind yet.
  5. Nah, down where the pads are. It's always a little wet underneath the pad.
  6. Hey, my maggie is letting water out around where the piston is. Is this normal? Or do I have bad seals or something?
  7. Have used Rock greens and they are ok, but wank when it gets near water. And they slip sometimes. Any body have any good results from the Coust, CRM's, or Moes?
  8. Mod for sure man! Love you! Jordan xx
  9. Will do. When I get back in a week. I'll fix my brakes right up.
  10. Ok, that was confusing. So let me get this straight. Water is ok in Magura's. Crap in old Dengura's, and ok in new Denguras? Really just want to know if it's in an 05' 06' Maggie, cause I think that's what I got.
  11. Alright, yeah I'll give you that, but don't think a change in them is long due? They haven't even changed the levers in 5 years. And the slave cylinders and such have never been changed. Can anyone confirm they have no problems using water? Just seems crazy. And my dad won't never believe it, probably won't allow me to.
  12. Sure, but them guys are freikin ace! Some of those guys probably don't even setup their own bikes! (Talking about the Koxx team, Kenny Belaey and such). And doesn't water mess up your seals? I can't afford to buy new stuff and parts all the time. That's why I have such a hard time in this sport. No monies! Saved up for years to get what I thought was an ace bike. And it is except for no rear disc mount, rear disc hub, using a maggie. I'm kind of fed up using the brake, but I will have to continue trying to get it to work right. For the sake of money.
  13. No, I can finally bleed them and set them up fine, but it just takes so long!! Also, ran out of Blood the other day. Ran to the store and grabbed some mineral oil. Definitely not the same stuff! Brake practically won't work now. Anybody know if the thickness or something is different. Just wish you could get Blood anywhere. Oh, and just got my stupid TPA stuck again! I have some sort of Shimano v-brakes? Do you think they might work good with some good pads? Not sure what they are, just know they are Shimanos. Possibly XT's?
  14. I can't never get em right. I have to bleed them all the time. Never have the right fluid to bleed them in. Needing new pads all the time. Can't align the pads. The list keeps going! I never do work on my bike, it's just my Maggies that I have to work on. Recently got a front Hope. Have never worked on it except for putting it on. So why does almost everybody use Maguras? I might go to V's soon. Would go rear disc, but that will be a ton more expensive. Does everybody else have so much trouble with Maguras? Or is it just me somehow getting all the crap. I almost never get to ride anymore cause my rear brake don't work right or at all!
  15. Dang!! Everybody knows who Danny is now!!!
  16. Wouldn't it be sick if somebody made a 3 speed internal hub for trials? Some road bikes have a 3 speed internal hub and they are so nice.
  17. Absolutely sick!! Love those frames to bits!!
  18. Holy crap! 100,000 people have watched a trials vid!!! Yeah, seen those vids before. Pretty sick rider.
  19. Yeah, there is a DeSalvo I'm looking at getting right now. Would be sweet if I can get it!
  20. Here are a ton of Copa de Espana vids. Last vid is on Vimeo because couldn't upload it here cause it's about 22 minutes long. 21. I don't care what they say! Alot better than all your other vids! You've improved a lot with your style of riding. A little bit too much BMX, but it was still awesome! And how many bikes do you have!!! I counted at least 4 different bikes there!
  22. Like I said. I've changed my mind. I'm going for a streety 24" or 26".
  23. Yeah, I get what you mean. I wouldn't do it to my bike anyway. I'd get a different one to experiment, but that's beside the point. I'm kind of new to the whole gear thing anyway. I've always had singlespeed bikes. Whether it be trials or BMX. But I do have another question. Smaller sprockets are higher gears? How can that be? More teeth means a higher gear right? It kind of makes no sense.
  24. Yeah, I have a singlespeed mod. I live in town and it's real hard to get around when the only bike you have is a singlespeed mod with 18-12 gearing. Would like to have a bike to ride around town and still be able to ride trials on it when I have to or want to for that matter.
