The V!Z one is good for the front, but for the rear I would suggest not getting the V!Z. Not really been too happy with mine, but that's just my luck. If you do get a V!Z, I'd suggest going for the TI bolts or just getting some better bolts yourself. The ones that come on it suck. Just go for a Monty ti rear hub, that's probably the best one out there for the rear.

Don't worry. I definitely won't overtrain. Have done that before. That's why I was asking this stuff. Cause it seemed to me I couldn't ride at all sometimes after working out. Oh, and thanks Dave for the good advice! Wish there was a pool around I could train in, that is one of my favorite training things. Running is my worst! But we still gotta do it.

Thanks for some of the tips. I do alot of that stuff at basketball practice everyday, but I think I might get kicked off soon. So was looking at some other things I could do.

Yeah, I ride all the time, but I really don't go massive. I'm a pretty weak guy I think too. Especially when I look at guys like TRA and such. Freikin monster!

Thanks, somebody told me somewhere that it wouldn't work with my fork, I'm stupid to trust a lot of people. Especially somebody from OTN! Yeah, it's probably going to be a good buy, the only problem is the frame is cracked. Anybody know of a good way to reweld it? It has a long hairline crack on the right chainstay at the very front.

Alright, looking at getting a 221 Ti a guy has. Will my Echo lite fork be alright and work well with it? Anybody had any problems running it? Does it mess up the geo?

Looks good! Reminds me of the Ozonys. Also, looks like the geo is close to the V-Racing and the Ozonys.

Got the same frame and looking at going dual disc. Like the old style monty's, megamos, and I like the new Ozonys XS20, Koxx Monsterboy, and Gu ST. Those are my choices. Haven't really consider the new Team cause it's a Deng frame and cost as much as a good Koxx or the Ozonys.

Shorty mod frame. 1005 wheelbase probably. Monty might be a good choice.

I'd go for a 24Uk. But that's just me. Shorter frame. Choice of different mounts. Like running a rear disc! Gotta go with that or a Reset.
