Plenty of people have broken them mate. Including me. I'd highly reccomend a Monty freewheel. My mate's had his for nearly 2 years and it's never skipped. I bought it from him to try it soon as my Tensile broke as well. I also love the White Industries freewheel, I have one on my BMX right now and it's very smooth, but I never ridden too much trials on it so it's probably really good from what I hear.

Yeah, I got the super high rise V!Z stem on mine to sort of equal it out.

Looks like you have a Magura 4-bolt mount in the front. I'd get a Magura for it, because you won't be able to run a vee without an adaptor and it will be bulky especially on the front. So maggie front, vee rear. Magura 4-bolt mounts are actually quite common on trials bikes. They have been used for years on trials bikes.

Looks alright there Dale. What's the wheelbase on yours? I measured mine and it comes up to 1045mm with Echo lite fork! Seems a little rediculous. Yours should be a little shorter at least.

I'd go to mod. I've never got along with stock. Looks good just get maggies instead of those brakes and some good pads, and I'd go for some Meta cranks instead as well.

Yeah, if I have my choice I won't have another one. After the one I have now of course. I don't think it's the teeth on the FW or sprocket. I just checked, it seems fine. I guess it is the chain, I know it's worn, but I don't how that could be causing it. How does that look like a Coust? It's an Echo Pure.

Yeah, mine was like that too. Glad I wasn't doing a gap or whatever you were doing. I was just hopping up a rock and it snapped when I pedal kicked to the top. Haven't checked. I sure hope that isn't it. And the word your looking for is teeth. hehe

I don't know I thought I had it good. But I hate the snail cams that are on it. Matter of fact the only snail cams I like are Monty's. The chain is pretty old and it probably needs to be replaced. Would this have anything to do with it? Sorry for the huge threadjack Heath. Just had a question and didn't feel like making another thread. lol

Mine did that after about a year. I'm a pretty sucky rider so that's probably why mine lasted longer, what sucks is, I didn't get a warrenty straight from them, but I did get my money back from the place I bought it from. Bad thing is I just bought another bike and it has a Tensile on it. We'll see how long it lasts. It's already skipped and stuff and it's only been a week. Also, anyone have an idea why my chain keeps coming off my bike. It makes a loud popping noise then the chain comes off.
