  1. Looks awesome! Hope it's fun to ride! I hope to get me a streety 24" sometime so I can try out this street phenomenon.
  2. I noticed my rear brake was slipping today. ( my front always slips lol) So do you reccomend getting a booster? My frame is a Zhi ZM2 if that helps. Probably go for a light booster as my bike is already heavy enough. lol
  3. That is so awesome!! Looks really good man!!
  4. I don't think they make them anymore, but look for them and you might find them. I got mine pretty cheap. I have an extra right side lever I might trade for something.
  5. Right now I'm running SD ti levers with shimano cable and Avid SD5 arms with Heatsink Whites. Seems to be working pretty good. Just need to get some Heatsink adaptors and a booster and some new pads for the front. ( Running cheap Moe pads)
  6. I'm 5'11 and I ride mod. I love it, all the stocks I've tried I've hated, but I bet I'll find one day that will suit me.
  7. That actually looks really good! But the geo would be wrong for me.
  8. They are well worth it, but pretty much any freewheel with 72 ep's or more are good. I love my Monty one that I got. It's been going strong for a few years before I got it. And it's going good on my bike.
  9. Looks awesome! What's the spec? Also, what bars are those?
  10. Really awesome vid! I love your huge riding!
  11. I chased the threads yesterday, and it seems to be fine. Can somebody name all the backings out their that are heat treated so next time I don't have this problem?
  12. Thanks now I don't feel so bad. Are the old Plazmatics backings the same as the TNN ones? I have a chance to get some of those for a fairly good price.
  13. if it's an ACS I'd just suggest getting a new one as those aren't very good to begin with. I love my Eno and my Monty ones.
  14. I've been running my Echo lites for a long time and I like them. Also, Monty ( TI style), V!Z, and Trialtech have some good forks.
  15. So I just stripped my Heatsink backings and I feel like such an idiot. Don't feel like buying new ones as I just bought these. I figured I will just chase the threads, but was wondering if there are better ways to do it?
  16. Hoops, yeah, me being a huge Floydian fan, that's pretty embarassing. :$ Yeah, I got all their albums and what Gilmour did after Waters was gone just wasn't good at all. I keep hoping that "One of These Days" that they will get back together as a band and at least do live shows, albums would be great, but probably not. Don't know who they would have on the synthesizers though. Oh, enough with the rant. I want a 24 so bad, just hoping to get my A3 sold, my Monty built up, then I can swap my Zhi for a 24" if possible.
  17. Yeah, the Echo lite is the best you'll get with your price range from tarty, but I would suggest looking used. You'll get a much better bike for the money that way.
  18. Yours looks a lot better though.
  19. Just put up TRA's Final Battle as well. http://vimeo.com/5956965
  20. Off topic : nice name, I love Pink Floyd, but I really didn't like that album as that was the first of no Roger Waters. Anyway, yeah, I'd love to give 24" a try, but I'm pretty much broke so it will still have to wait a while. I love riding mods though so I will always have to have one of those around.
  21. haha lol, as I said in the other thread I was just going through and uploading some old vids that were beast. Mostly TRA's. lol that's pretty funny though.
  22. I used to have this problem too, but recently I haven't had any issue, I have no clue why, I'm just using cheap Walmart tubes and junk. Watch it though, next time I ride I'll pop one. lol
  23. I would get a metal one, but I think my lever is leaking so I probably need to get a new one, but can't afford it really. Also, it seems like it changes with the elevation. Like it screws itself one way or another when I take it out of the basement, outside, and put it back in.
  24. I have an 05 up maggie and first of all, is there an easy way to get the TPA off when it screws itself all the way? Second of all is there an easy fix for these, because I've gone through like 20 tpa's because the thing screws itself all the way to the end.
  25. Loved it!! What freewheel are you using Lucky? It sounds so smooth.
