  7. i srcubed mine with oven cleaner/degreaser and then rinsed it last time this happen and was fixed

  9. id say start off with a short run up of one whole pedal, this is plenty for a small tap. by doing this you will soon get your pedals right, then move onto bigger taps and you will find it easier to get the pedals right on longer run ups.

Alternatively use some needle nose pliers to remove the push rod all together by pulling the rubber seal type bit on the push out the way, and then using the pliers pop off the circlip thing and pulling the push rod out, this will be messy and you will need a rebleed, but i found this easiest.

  13. Personally id go for one of the new echo freewheels, had one a while now and had no problems, seems solid, although enos are all good and replaceable etc, iv had a few issues with them and blown up 3 or 4 now and snapped numerous amounts of pawls but maybe thats just me
