i tried tightening it all the way to the right when it was loose stayed on right but when i tightened bolts it jsut went stragiht over to left on frame again!

right what it is when i tighten my rear wheel it automatically goes to the left and no matter what i do it will always go to the left, i have brought new snail cams i thought these would sort the problem but obviously not! so i don't really no what it could be help me please thanks.
