Thing is on that you have to become a local to every spot local to you, rather than every spot in a specified area automatically showing you're local to it. I don't think you can search for riders in a given area too, without going through a spot which was what I understood the original proposal allowed you to do.

Your disc shouldn't be affected by a buckled wheel. If the disc is bent, bend it back carefully with a spanner.

Chris probably has a custom geometry. I know from experience that putting trials forks on a jump bike ruins the geometry. If you buy rigid forks make sure to get some that are a sensible length, think idenditi rebate or DMR trailstar forks.

You could still have a map, it could just be a graphical representation of the counties thing, so instead of showing your exact location it would just point to the city centre or something like that.

At the end of the day it's motivation - those wheels will go up and down and around fine if you put in the effort. Moreso if you're already used to that wheelsize.
