yep, pretty much the same it came with ffwand fixed rear, but it had a dicta ffw which i managed to break, so I took it to onza and got a tensile one

sand all the scratches out, then go for a finer paper, then a finer one, then wet & dry, then polish it, and use a polishing buffer thingy for a drill and then it will be so shiny it will blind people when they look at it

cranks n bb, tyres, brakes, and wheels ... is what you should upgrade

a cheap one from B&Q or halfords, maybe. look for different discs, they come in finer or coarser, and you might find one to be more suitable than the others. Or maybe you could get a dremel and the grinding bit for it, dremels are quite useful. Plus, the grinding bit is about the right size for a wheel, iirc.

the tensile one is pimp! i would've said the NC17 stinger, but the rohloff one is nearly identical, and I broke the tensioning spring in my nc17, so get a tensile one
