  1. hehe fair doos Try and get his home and mobile numbers, email addresses, all that stuff. hunt him down... if he has sent it, get him to show you the reciept for the postage.
  2. It took me about half an hour to read what you put, but after that all I can say is, keep on the guy's back - its the only way to guarantee you can get something from someone if they owe it to you. See if someone can hook you up with a dictionary too.
  3. RIP mark, He was the cool one on smart, plus he actually showed you how to draw poor dude.
  4. 4th one of these I've seen in the last day.
  5. rofl I'm booooooooooooooooooooooooooored. uTorrent takes ages, why can't more people have this (incredibly useful and educating) shite i'm downloading (to get better at trials)? Its not even late.
  6. This is a great thread for people who like to see dude's arses. I prefer my (nearly)270 pull-round, my sidehops were good for a day (2ft) and then ok (1 1/2ft) then bob (1ft-1 1/4)
  7. I don't know when it starts like, but, Calzaghe for the win!
  8. word. I can ride 20", 24" and 26" and aren't arsed about any. The pros of having the one YOU find rides best is having a nice-riding bike. The con of that is the amount of brainpower you need to decide. The pros of having someone else choose is in a month's time, when you get sick of it, you can sell it. But not in NMC. The con is, you got ripped (the f**k) off.
  9. Oh, I see. I guess that makes sense, fair enough.
  10. He was on Friday night with Jonathon Ross once and it showed a clip of him drinking water from newly-laid elephant shite. rather him than me.
  11. the only way it could offer more grip is the same way slick tyres grip better than knobbly tyres. Only thing is, they need to be warm and normally slick tyres aren't used for going up walls, where they might slip. Also, roads and what-have-you are smoother surfaces with less stuff to contaminate the rubber. I'm keeping my knobs... er, tyre tread.
  12. makes you wonder where they get the practice.
  13. yeah, best for that (for anyone else who wants to know) is to say weaknesses that are sort-of strengths, like, "sometimes I get really worked up about fine details, but I find its useful helping me perfect my work." or "Sometimes I find myself talking to people a lot, but its good because knowing your colleagues better helps us to work as a team." Anyway, good luck, hopefully the phonecall will come soon, and it will be a yes (of course!)
  14. maybe the bleed hole is the hole next to the H?
  15. I third this comment It would be good, the place is big enough to support a lot of riders, we'd all be able to meet each other. I for one have only met a couple of people from the forum, would be good to meet more, put faces to the display names. I'm gna try and get up there in the summer, take my mate who's got a t-rex and perhaps a caravan (one that folds - its well cool!) so we can have a couple of days . Where's the nearest camp-site? I'm guessing tents are ok at the location, but taking an actual caravan might be a bit much.
  16. I would've loled if you messed it up! But it turned out well
  17. At the moment I can't gap for fear of not making it. So i need some pallets. Other than that, I doubt I'll ever do big stuff because of the height.
